Discourteous, ill mannerred and shabbily dressed staff, asked rudely for phone number at time of checkout, and refused to checkout without mobile phone number, citing company policy. Upon complaining, I was rudely told to complain on the company WhatsApp number. Stay away from this place.

Great Service I have bought shoes from Shoes International 2 years ago and have contacted them now as was looking for the same pair of shoes. I was amazed by the level of the customer service they provide. They went an extra mile and contacted the manufacture on my behalf. Unfortunately the shoes were discontinued but I have such a great feeling after communication with Lynne from Shoes International. I am very grateful for all time she has spent to assist me.
