Firstly, No stars to define this bad customer experience. Since, by default google doesn't allow to post reviews without any stars, I am forced to add one star. Secondly, I ordered a custom made chair and after their analysis they agreed to deliver the chair within a week. But the chair got delivered after 16 days of the order. This is also after continuous intermittent arguments with the dealer. I believe, they would have delayed more if not for my constant reminders and arguments. Thirdly, after 16 days they delivered a chair from their own lot. They did not add the customization I requested them. Fourthly, their policy which says if a customer ordered something, he/she has to buy it. No option of stepping back even if you aren't satisfied. Fifth, the delivery guy failed to enable and demonstrate the basic up and down movement of the chair. Because of this, I am not able to use my chair even after delivery since past 15 days. More than 30 days have passed since I ordered and I haven't used it once. Even car delivery is faster than this chair delivery. I got too many false commitments from the dealer, during the time of delivery, during the time of chair repair. This is really frustrating. Also, during the delivery time their contact person was not available. The dealer was not accessible for straight 2 days. I kept calling and messaging but there was no response. It's very obvious that if you'll not be available, then you should appoint someone to take your place and take care of customer deadlines. If nothing works then the worst thing dealer should do in this scenario is inform customer in advance. Those two days I was under the impression that chair would get delivered anytime but nothing. Recently, dealer informed the chair repair guy would visit from 5pm to 7pm. Repair guy called and said he would visit at 8:30 pm - 9pm. But no one came. Not even a single call to inform me of the situation. This shows lack of communication between the dealer and the delivery guy. And in all this customer suffers badly.
