Hope you are doing well, I have applied for a short visit to Turkey along with my family friends as we planned for in Greater Turkey, The best thing is that my friends got visa but unfortunately my case is still under process. My application for visit visa was submitted in Gerry's on 13-Dec-2017. I have asked from Gerry's about my case and they told that my application is pending for verification.4and 5 week but now 6week no response So its a humble request from you all that kindly process and consider my application as we all planned our visit for turkey. I wish facebook have 0 start rating as their services are even below poor. I applied for touristic visa through Gerry's from Karachi on 8th of Dec 2017. Its been a month now and my passport is still at Turkish Embassy in Islamabad. I've my flight and hotel bookings on 10th of Jan which means I've already lost all my money. It is clearly mentioned on Embassy and Gerry's website that visa process may take UPTO 4 weeks therefore I applied a month before but still no words from them. I called them on provided phone number but no body picks up, no reply of email I sent and no comments on my visitor post on their Facebook page. This is absolutely pathetic. I don't care if I'm granted visa or not I just want my passport back so I can look for other options instead of wasting my holidays at home watching TV.

Poor customer service !No body is attending thr Desk phone which is the most important .If you dont want to Attend then Remove it from your Website why you are mentioning your Deskphone number on it.
