This is a very old institution for mentally ill people. In urdu its is kown as 'PAAGAL KHAANA' which literally means as mad house. Unfortunately not a very nice place to be in. It's more of a jail rather than a mental hospital. I have never heard anyone getting better here. Strange stories of oppression & cruelty are associated with this place.
