I have no idea, why airlines are so slow these days, especially when it comes to customers service.

I have no idea, why airlines are so slow these days, especially when it comes to customers service. Very clean and safe environment but not efficient service. Staff is very friendly but indulges in unnecessary conversations among them and with customers they are dealing with, costing more time for the next person in line .
