I visited your branch at Autobhan road hyderabad beside Bata Outlet . It has been the worst experience of my life, buying a shoe for my self. I was completely dis hearted the way they treated us and the way their unprofessional employees were dealing us. That day i made a decision not to visit EBH my entire life again, but my friend suggested me to email you cuz he told me that you will response to my review and improve your quality. The owner of the shop was using so abusive and harsh language with his own employees that didn’t make me feel good aur most of all when I contacted the shop next day in case of a query. The owner wasn’t available on the shop whole day and made me wait for too long and in the end he didnt came he just talked to me on an employee’s cell phone . He is a very harsh person who doesn’t know how to respect anyone. I am looking forward for your cooperation in this regard. If you will take any action against this query , i would be very pleased to know that or else i have made my mind not to visit your any outlet in my entire life. The worst thing is that they dont have a system of issuing a recipt or a record of our purchased item, i am looking forward for your cooperation in this regard. Thankyou
