Today i did shopping for almost 50 k and i liked a sofa that i wanted to buy, the guy said that please pick it tomorrow since its closing time, i said ill pay for it now but he committed to have it picked tomorrow Just now he called and said i sold it for more than i was selling it to This false commitment is unacceptable and shows the nature of business and its values Needless to say this was the last time i am shopping at ensemble Left a bad taste

Horrible customer service - bought a lot of stuff from them but was not at all impressed with the people managing the store. The seller should remember they are not doing anyone any favors. You want to make money and I have the money, it's simple trade. Wish customer service in fashion was as delightful as it is in the food industry in Karachi.
