It is cheap. That is good. But quality of flight entertainment, food, of flights to Nairobi was poor. Guess that's why half the plane was empty.

the numbers given on website do not respond. the worst part is that i need to change the flight schedule but the offices in Islamabad have been closed. very sad

My flight took me from Islamabad to Abu Dhabi and onward to Dallas. The flight to Dallas was long and the way back seemed even longer, nearly 15 hours. The experience was excellent in every way; except on the way back after a night on the plane we woke up with another(very poor) dinner instead of a nice breakfast. Although in Abu Dhabi, it was early evening , for the passengers it was morning, waking up. Furthermore, my suitcase did not arrive with me, only a day later. I also forgot to take with me a bag of souvenir's I had bought at the airport and it seems lost. Yet, I score the airline high for comfort and service. Apr 9, 2017

Third class service. Curropt staff. Charge Rs. 14000, when original airline fee is only Rs. 6000. If by any chance, you visit there, Always ask for paid receipts.
