Unprofessional organisation. No one knows whats happening no one is in control. You get passed from one department or an individual to another. No one is willing to help. After completion of all your process, still not guaranteed that your fingerprint has been uploaded. Very disappointed. Just another way to make extra revenue for the people above. Will never use this service again. Will apply from the United kingdom as I never had any problems in having a visa stamped for Umrah from UK.

Etimad Center serves as a specialist partner for diplomatic missions. Etimad Pakistan is handling the processing visa applications for Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Every individual requiring a visa to enter KSA from Pakistan (whether for Hajj, Umrah, business, work or any other purpose) will have to come to Etimad Visa Service Centers (VSC) in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar and Quetta to provide biometrics data which is now a compulsory part of their visa application of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
