Everything about this hotel is a wonderful miracle of well-behaved staff you can enjoy your stay in a clean, beautiful and peaceful environment, the food was good and you will be satisfied. If you are new to Karachi or need a place to stay then look no further and I would really love to come here again! It is modern, clean and has a unique quality! I have done nothing wrong and I really enjoyed my stay and I will definitely be back!

Clean, organized, and has elevator access to all floors. Staff are incredibly polite and helpful. Great selection of dishes at breakfast, and room service is willing to accommodate special dietary requirements. They'll prepare a dish if you give them specific instructions. The hotel is situated in the middle of a bustling district, so you're never far from places to eat, shop, and go sightseeing. Many places are within walking distance. The only minor annoyance is that the room key becomes demagnetized if you keep it in a purse or wallet next to your phone and you have to check with the front desk if it still works after returning from an outing. Walls are a bit thin so you can hear the tv in the next room but the noise is very muffled.

Building: good and new Cleaning: good Front desk and manager Sales (Ms S***) Dealing with zero authority, zero knowledge and with sorry zero commitment. Seems that she just hire to disappoint clients. Or seems that no authority given her by management. At first experience living and eating experience was good but at the time of checkout the bill was charged wrong, higher side and not as per commitment by higher management. When requested for correction they react like I ask any drugs!!!! Response was very non professional and bad way, 2nd experience again very bad. They just put me on waiting and after long time wasting they refuse very rude way just due to they have full booking business for day. Hotel business need to be very professional and at equal merit, not upon the liking and disliking bases.....
