Rather congested and claustrophobic facility. And the guard doesn't let you walk in. They have a Yoga program but it seems so-so, with all due respect to the Yoga person there. Parking is not an issue. I wasn't very comfortable with their washroom/shower/steamroon situation either. In any case, the facility needs to be expanded.

I come from abroad so this gym had everything I need! It's a good size gym compared to other gyms in Islamabad. Staff is amazing! And gym is very clean!

Needs some improvement further specially cooling on the top floor. Moreover, decontamination process should be made on interval basis due to corona. Coaches of this Club specially Asma and Amna are very good trainers.

I love this gym!!! I’m a competitive bodybuilder getting ready for a contest in 6 months in America. Being a bodybuilder in the heavyweight class, I need to train heavy. This gym has plenty of free weights and equipment as well as a great atmosphere that allows me to be completely focused. The leg equipment is fantastic. The atmosphere is also very respectful of others and you have everyone from the gym goer looking to tone up to the serious athlete. The staff maintain the gym very well (it’s extremely clean) and management is very friendly. Anita, Arshad, Fahad, Arsallan, Usman and the list goes on are wonderful people and will make you feel very comfortable. I’m only here for a short stay but already looking forward to coming back. This will undoubtedly be the place I train every time I visit!!

The staff is very helpfull and im really impressed with the COVID-19 protocols followed. Been to previous gyms in Islamabad but find it the best gym in Islamabad.
