Third class transport service, especially from multan to lahore

One of the worst service I have experienced ever in my life. Wifi just for name,according to bus staff " sorry net package is finished ". In a 24 Hours journey from Karachi to Islamabad the refreshment they offer is like giving candy to children..

One thing about FM is common they are not punctual.

Good terminal overall. But too much pollution. Can't breathe openly due to the smoke of buses. Terminal manager should look over it. There should be separate place for busses and walk ways of passengers. Toilets also need improvements...
