Very bad experience. My clothes were delivered way beyond the promised time. The tailoring was very average but the cost was ridiculously over-priced for a normal dress that my regular tailor could have stitched sooner & in half the price. Very unprofessional attitude. Never visiting them again. Only their saarhi collection is good if anyone is interested.

the staff is very keen in taking orders but they do not deliver on time. i had given one dress and one trouser for stitching on 27 may and they were due for delivery on 14 june as i had to send them abroad to reach in time for a wedding event. when i called to enquire about the clothes on 14th, the staff committed that i’ll get them on 16th as the stitching orders were facing some delays. as i am a working person, i couldn’t go on 16th june to collect them and the shop staff didn’t even bother to inform me that they weren’t ready. when i went on 18th june, even then the tailor did not have them ready for collection. instead he said to collect them after a day or two as he didn’t have time to stitch them but i stayed at the shop for 4 hours and then they were delivered and that too not according to the design ordered, i.e. all pearls & tassels that had to be put in were missing as he stitched them while i was waiting at the shop otherwise they didn’t bother to inform me about the delays. i would advise people not to give anything to them for stitching and even dyeing as i had purchased some material from them and had given it to them for dyeing but even that wasn’t returned on time… extremely slow and poor services

Heard about them from a friend, good customer service. They have fabrics, dyeings & tailoring services so didn't have to hassle for dyeing and tailoring. Their fabric dyeing is good. Though stitching prices are a bit high but they provide good service and finishing. peace of mind.

I bought some clothes from them, had my mind changed and asked to refund. They happily did. Customer service is good. Well trained team. Also they have quality silks.

Had an issue with my moms old saree. They fixed it. Their team is professional & they have good aesthetic sense. Prices are moderate but they compete on quality.
