They need to hire an educated Receptionist. The current employee lacks work place ethics and professionalism on how to deal a customer. Others employees were kind and well spoken and well guiding but this woman specifically need to work over her communication skills.

The staff was unbelievably rude and unprofessional towards us. Their so called makeup artists didn’t have a clue about makeup. I had to redo the makeup on both days myself while also paying them for their time. They made rude comments about us and mocked us. They told us to put chewing gum on our forehead to keep the tika in place. If possible, I would give zero reviews. Do not waste your time at this place.

My wife went today after referred by a friend for hydrafacial, 30min session for 8k however procedur

My wife went today after referred by a friend for hydrafacial, 30min session for 8k however procedure was rushed through within 15min and it seemed the main objective by Dr M was to sell her products and not to provide a professional service which she was paid for. Sadly she cant get her money back however if anyone is planning to use this salon for hydrafacial please avoid at all cost.
