A decent sized walking/running area, really vast activity area for kids with several swings and slid

A decent sized walking/running area, really vast activity area for kids with several swings and slides and good green patches for outdoor workouts. However, except for the front/30% of the area, the rest is screaming for proper maintenance. The people obviously don't help with all the littering but there is definite need for grass maintenance, proper and neat formatting for sidewalks and running track.
