Totally not recommended! They will offer you the highest possible quotes and service charges or at their free will. Do not purchase travel insurance from them, buy directly from the insurance company or authorized resellers. Faremakers staff has a very non professional and rude behavior at this branch, those at Bahria, Islamabad office are better in terms of customer dealing but as a whole its better to avoid this company altogether. You will always end up paying much more than you should reasonably have paid.

I got a seat reservation through Faremakers travel channel(website) in Pakistan. Due to some reason

I got a seat reservation through Faremakers travel channel(website) in Pakistan. Due to some reason I had to cancel the said reservation? Turkish airlines gave me in writing that 130 USD will be deducted in case of refund in the class i got seat reserved. however Faremakers told me 160 USD and ultimately charged 171 USD. Height of being unfair is that they will refund my cash in 45 days. how pathetic and unbecoming it is. Now u can very well imagine there performance.
