Rubbish Rubbish completely messed up my clothes please don’t go here greedy people who lie and cheat. they show you sample then don't make the same work if you ask to see the sample they never have it there , so you are stuck bad embroidery bad stitching and bad bad customer services. please safe yourself the stress, and go else where.

Muzaffar, who is the son of the owner, is who I dealt with through WhatsApp all the way from Canada, and his service was extremely ill mannered, unprofessional and cheap minded. He was so money hungry and became very responsive and over the top when it was time for me to send my initial deposit and final payment, but when it came to a replying to me about details regarding my order, wanting to know the progress, requesting any alterations in the dress, he disappeared and made the most bakwaas excuses. One of the many examples I can give of his poor service and etiquette: He made false claims and promises saying “I would provide you with a matching purse with your bridal dress, even if you hadn’t asked me, because this is what we do for all our brides”, and when delivery time came, he didn’t even send the purse. When I contacted him afterwards, he had such a useless, ugly, cheap quality purse made with old worn out cardboard from a box, covered in fabric that matched my dress. Disgusting. They didn’t even care to put a zip on the heavy bridal dress I ordered. Is the customer really supposed to request a zip or is the company supposed to be experienced and thoughtful enough to pay like 5 rupees and get a zipper attached? So cheap. Just want your money and that’s it. Dil se kaam bilkul nahi karte ye log. Horrible experience here and I would not recommend this place to anyone who has an ounce of self respect.
