The church itself is good although the mass doesn’t always start on time. What I don’t get is the need to take off your shoes to enter the church to keep the carpets clean. Are we saying that dirty or sweaty feet wiped off onto the carpet is hygienic? Compared to dusty shoes. Seriously carpets are meant to be walked on! Otherwise don’t have carpets. After all this is a church not a temple or mosque. Bare feet in a church is certainly not a Catholic/Christian practice.
