Extremely rude staff - If you go there to get a medical certificate, they will always misguide you and tell you to visit some other hospital. Civil surgeon was present in his room but the staff (his PA to be precise) was constantly telling people he is not available. Finally, I went inside civil surgeon room and he was sitting idle! If someone knows where can I complain about this pls let me know.
