The (only) guy in the office, though helpful, didn't know much about almost anything. He insisted that he was just a "post box" between me and FedEx, whose only job was to forward my documents to the head office. He wasn't able to answer most of my questions. And guess what, he advised me to send my documents through "TCS" (think about it, FedEx rep. asking to use TCS) if I wanted to get my documents delivered on next day. I do appreciate his honesty in that following his advice, I managed to get my documents delivered in time through TCS, but FedEx guys should probably do better than TCS.
