Since the calculations are contain wastage therefore they book order for excess quantity. So when work is competed unused flooring in original boxes remains. Now you call them to take the unopened boxes and they keep making false promises that it will be taken soon. But for two months we have waited. The person in charge Mr Rashid would keep making excuses and lying. So moral for future customers is that service level does not justify buying their product. Look for someone more honest The product quality is average and does not justify the high premium

First Floor doesn't back up their warranty claims. Sold me laminated flooring which started to warp on its own. I bought although they were the most expensive as they said that their product had the longest life of 20 years. After many calls made to them, they finally sent a team to check. After seeing first hand how their product had failed they said they would get back to me, which they never did. After many calls made to them, they simply didnt get back to me.
