cheap chinese equipment. lack of machines. the only thing going for them were separate floors for weights and cardio but thats no longer the case. no sauna now either and the locker room size has been reduced too . will not recommend

It is a wonderful place for workout. It remains open 24 hours. Instructors available. Being run by a foreign qualified fitness expert.
