From 10 am to 4pm for ladies and onwards for ladies and gentlemen both, nice place to have a quality workout with dedicated personal trainers. Almost all equipment available. Cleanliness is observed regularly. Theres a sports shop as well in front of it. I have not faced anything negative regarding parking or loudness. May be it depends on the peak hours. In early morning hours there's no problem at all.
