Ridiculous experience I have ordered Student Biryani using foodpanda in my lunch today which costs of 558 but once boy with food came with a bill of 680 and having with updated delivery charges. Kindly update your amount of items as per restaurant and update delivery charges as well. I have wasted my lunch program today. How you are running as in tvs while ur amount of items are not updated in a app. Very strange #foodpanda #studentBriryani #PriceNotUpdated - Anonymous

Very Good App. Very Bad Service. They have no idea or control over the delivery system. It is usually a Blame Game between the Restaurant and the Panda people. However they are very good at saying sorry. No solutions ..... Just sorry After extensive testing of their service .... you will be served far better if you order Directly through the restaurant. Their name gives a clue of their service .... Food Delivered at PANDA Speed.

Worst Support, All the agents are only playing with the customers, not guiding in the proper way, I used to check 2 agents with the same case, they both came with different and completely illogical excuses. I never got the help from support team. You guys should keep an eye on your support team.

so far so good. they are always on time and I had an amazing experience getting food delivered from restaurants that usually don't provide delivery service. I hope they keep it up.
