Forme` Fitness is a very perfect place to shape up your body and figure. Very cozy and fine entrance, a beautiful waiting area, and a specious workout area shall welcome you. Fitness classes are available for adult male and female. A personal trainer service is also available for individuals. No special classes for kids. The location is at the basement of Savoy Heights, accessible by elevators, stairs as well as ramp. Anybody can access the Fitness Centre. Over all its a good place for one to workout and shape up their figure.

It's the best place one can imagine to work out. Quit and Calm. All accessories are available whether one want to loose some inches or to build some muscles. I can't get a place like this in twin cities with such helpful and cooperative owner. Worth a visit.
