Worst experience ever. Typical behaviour associated with Murree nowadays. Agreed for X amount for room rent, however, when we returned for possession, the receptionist claimed that the room has been allotted to someone else and cost of other similar room will be 50% higher. The room boy refused to open the window and said, "do it yourself, you should know how to open a window". Not recommended. However, behaviour of shopkeepers at Mall Road was exemplary and goods were offered at reasonable rates.

Pathetic experience , booked 5 rooms and have small kidz , they refused to use kitchen to warm milk/

Pathetic experience , booked 5 rooms and have small kidz , they refused to use kitchen to warm milk/ noodles. Rooms are smelly , no ventilation in bath rooms . Noisey rooms .Staff customer service is really bad . Not recommended at all , at this high price easily good accomodation can find .
