Very friendly and helpful staff, always on hand with anything you need and it does seem like they have customer satisfaction in mind along with making a buck. Rates are competitive as well I'd say. Would recommend.

Really disappointed by their customer services. They were supposed to deliver a fully paid for appliance two days ago, and they haven't done so, and no one seems to be able to pick up the phone today. No manager, no branch! Quite disgusting!
