Their staff is very rude. I have purchased a machine from them and they sent me defected piece and later said that this model comes with such issues. Issues were that battery timing is very low with 8th gen Corei7 machine 2 to 3 hours normal browsing. 8th gen machines are very good at battery life and what they provide is a dump illuminum box. Hinges were very lose and also the laptop screen is not getting close straight due to hinges adjustment. They didnt even check the machine what they are being sent. Their lahore staff is very rude. Also they commit 7 days replacement warranty on call which they straight away denied after the laptop is shipped. Also one more important thing. When I purchaed the product and transferred money online, they didnt even let me know either they are shipping the product or not. They just close the shop and I was waiting that they will provide me some update. Next day their agent makes excuses that they forget to update me on the laptop. Beware of any online purchased from them. This was my first and last purchased from them. Their priority is find customer who are offering easy money. Dont have any criteria for comparing products. There are many online shopping sites that are there in Pakistan and people should check for other options. Customer Handling: 0 Reliability of Product: 0

Rude and impolite.. I was look for a product which i asked if its available.. When he said it was available i asked of the price for the product, the price was bit more of the product in reality for which i asked for them to lower their price, with which he replied with impolite sarcasm and rude tone. Tip for GALAXY: Work on your customer care service.

Very bad at handling customers; i went to their shop today, wanted to buy HP-BS191OD 8TH generation laptop which they said was available. i asked them many times if the product is available and they said yes every time since i live in Hyderabad. But when i reached there they told me to wait, after wasting more than 45 minutes they said it is not available, started making excuses and said if i still want it, i'll have to pay 1000 extra bcoz then he'll purchase from another shop. This is totally unacceptable. If they waste so much time of their customers and then lie to them then how can we trust them. Infact, this is quite a common practice for many shops of techno city that they misrepresent information both on their websites and also through their representatives present at shops. When you ask them any specific thing, they try to sell some irrelevant thing to you. Galaxy is a big name in techno city only bcoz they have their own website on which they update their products, but its useless for customers because you won't get the same thing that is mentioned on their site. Its all fake competition to attract customers. They are only good at luring oblivious customers who offer easy money to them and don't know how to compare product's specs.
