Good food... pleasant staff. Rooms are comfortable. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired.

Food is great. Lots of good choices on meat dishes... kebabs are fantastic... and that's it. Living quarters on the other hand are not so great. Where the room layouts are comfortable ... the management seems to have overlooked the fact that all lights need to work... in washrooms as well. Housekeeping needs to be retrained. Using waiters to double as cleaners is a bit too much of a stretch on economization and resource optimisation.

I would say it's a beautiful space in Quetta. Away from city chaos And surrounded by gardens. The service is a bit slow and food is average. Some of the staff personally go out of their way to help you.

Very nice location for staying need to improve the food quality and menu

This property has not made any upgrades since its inception. At first it has a huge parking lot in front for the patrons at the restaurant and hotel guests which is now part of the road in front of the property and now you have to access it from a side street and park in the backyard. The rooms are small and has sufficient furniture. If you plan to sleep till late you would be disappointed as the corridors are very noisy and if you want to take a shower late in the morning be careful as the warm water runs out rather quickly. The whole property smells like you are right in the kitchen. The only plus point is there is ample parking and has a decent room service.

Not expecting such better service from Gardenia hotel. Value For Money, very cost effective plus no compromise on quality. Well done staff
