Main Bus stand of City of Muzaffarabad. You can get public transport for major cities of Pakistan i.e. Rawalpindi & Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi. And for all cities and town of Azad Kashmir. Except for few specific destinations, the bus stand is closed at night. There is no central waiting place or associated services and overall condition is very poor thanks to the incompetent local administration and Govt.

General Bus Stand is the largest Bus Stand in Capital City of Azad Kashmir, Muzaffarabad from where all the local buses and vans go to different parts of Kashmir and also to other cities of Pakistan like Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Abbotabad, Mansehra, Quetta and Karachi. But the structure and condition of bus stand is very bad. The ground and roads inside are unpaved. During rains it creates problems for people as tge waters stands there and also so much mud make problems.
