Generation Store karachi Shop No. 15-16

A true image of Pakistani culture! That's what I look Generation for always. They have the best designed outfits for girls and women. Handcrafted fabric and vibrant colors give their each article a literal sample of beauty and elegance. They have different varieties, from formals to casuals. I love their daily wear and colorful palazzos. If we talk about the store, it is located in Dolmen Mall Tariq Road. The store is cosy and staff is helpful. The displays are wide and spacious.

I went to dolmen mall Tariq road to exchange my suit. When the cashier scanned the suit it showed less price than what I bought it for online. I mentioned that to cashier and he said prices are further reduced and rudely replied “karna hai exchange tou karein warna na karein”. I got it exchanged. However after returning home I checked online and the price was high. I have attached pictures. Generation is a scam! I have been trying to contact customer service and head office for a week now, they just ignore my calls and keep transferring me to one person after another. Horrible horrible customer service.

The staff of dolman mall clifton was pathetic, they don't have any customer service, even they will not guide you anything and they didn't cooperate with you. really disappointed with their staff and i have left shop just because of bad behavior of their customer representative. i give 10/100 marks, they have good customer service in their dolman tariq road branch, i was quite satisfied with them. 80 /100

I visited today too..😆. There's always something new which keeps the customer's attention focused

The sales person are helpful
