Although, still a decent place, but despite being part of an international chain, they fail to maintain the standards of an international chain. Even the branch in Lahore is much better.

The have the worst customer service. They changed ownership and now don't even accept their own loyalty cards. I've been eating here from the beginning and once my loyalty card points got to the free meal option, after 9 visits, they refuse to accept. Pathetic attitude.
