ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. A visa service and documentation office, advertising itself as offering services, printing, copies etc and "lounges" doesn't even have basic facilities let alone premium ones. I paid for coloured printing and there was not a coloured printer on site, even their black and white printer was dysfunctional and blotchy. What good is your lounge when your documentation services are so poor. God forbid someone falls for your misleading websites and assumes they can be comfortable.

Staff is helpful; organised well. But, considering more people are now uploading documents online and only need to drop off passport and get biometrics done, they need to have at least 2-3 persons handling that, not just one booth that’s currently active. Waiting area for biometrics also needs to be expanded to reflect the change in application behaviors.
