This visa Centre is located on the 4th floor of the building. It is large, clean and run by efficient staff. There are separate areas for people applying for the Canadian visa and those applying for visa of other countries. There are multiple counters and a token system is in place. Depending on the number of people present it might take up to one over in order to get to the visa agent. Therefore I would recommend going to the visa centre in the morning. Overall I had a good experience here.

Like their professionalism regarding their requirements and forms but expect the same when it comes to customer service which they lack in form of late attendance of their staff unavailability of change at the cash counter and no intervention of the manager to resolve customer's problem. There aren't many officers available to attend your call at their helpline which is charged extra every minute and if somebody does answer it they fail to provide you the complete details and ask you to visit personally or visit their un updated website.

A big convenience in a respectable and organized manner. You might feel going back in time at several Consulates with queues and all. I learnt that applying for Visa for a new country you better get information for correct documentation as websites are not always updated and requirements change. If you are a busy person make sure to avoid follow up visits to photoshops or Xerox center. Well Done Gerrys
