I have really bad experience with GFS builders I booked flat in north town residency Com 2. At the time of booking it was 3 floor and structure was completed. I booked because of small flat project after 1.5 year they are saying they will build 3 more floor and it will be 6th floor. Now they are saying you want to sell or continue its upto you. It will effect my flat value and increase rush, I really disappoint with GFS builders. they just call and asking about payment every month, how they will Hand over my flat with in 1.5year if they are planing to build more flats.
