I stayed there for some time.. The environment was really good and homely but what I didn’t like about was the selective behaviour of the owner. The room which I stayed in was rented to me at the price of 12000 but I was charged 2500 extra as per security fund when I got there. On the phone calls I was never told about it. Before going there I read some of the reviews positive and negative both but I thought to have my own experience rather than depending on some ones. Someone mentioned about the condition of the place and honestly God I couldn’t believe my eyes to actually witnessed those ancient washroom tapware’s, patchy walls and smelly surroundings. The UPS was out of order. Also I was disappointed to know after paying 12000 room rent and 2500 security fund I was asked to pay Internet charges above than. All of us paid our month rent before going home for Eid. After a week or so when we came back the owner fined us 200 rupees per day for the delay in paying coming month’s rent ( meaning extra amount coming into wallet was OK but just 2 or 3 days delay was not tolerable ) it seemed to me just another way of making money out of such thing. I found the owner a sweet talker more than anything that he kept asking for ” a father like ” because no parents sleep in air conditioned rooms while their children don’t even have a fan running over their heads.
