Its an authentic franchise of famous chain. Though its known for varieties of coffee but one can find good desert options and routine bakery items. The seating arrangements are excellent and staff is polite and trained. Staff is well dressed as well. Crockery is up to expectations. The two factors which doesnt attract much of customers could be high prices and restricted menu designed for very targetted group of customers.

This branch on the 3rd floor of Centaurus has a huge terrace with a great view. Gloria Jean's does serve good coffee, but their cheesecake is a disappointment. Go there early in the day for coffee and view.

Sitting there while having ☕ or chai with your love one make another level of Joy & happiness, view from terous is fantastic but place is quite expensive.

We visited here few years back, but enjoyed alot both coffee, the view as well the heating system.

Visited Gloria Jeans because somebody recommended me their molten lava cake and icecream. Man oh Man was it delicious, the gooeyness of the brownie took the whole dessert to another level. Plus the ambiance of the entire place is spot on.
