Gloria Jean’s Coffee karachi

Had breakfast, went around 11AM. Breakfast was amazing, so was the introductory milkshake. Service was simply average, had to really go and look for the waiter otherwise its just gloria jean's not special anymore.

Gallery is a nice place to spend time with some great views of Clifton beach and the icon tower

Good food. Chillers are available but no fizzy cold drinks. Quesadilla is the best.No rice in the menu.Desserts are delicious.The best meal served is breakfast as its name also refers.

Good food. The only place in the Mall where u can smoke.

Asked for extra caramel in my coffee. It tasted like there was no caramel at all so I sent it back and they sent another one which again was not good so then when I said I didn’t want it they told me they can replace it but they won’t let me go unless I pay for it. Their coffee was trash, I didn’t want it, they still made me pay for it and refused to add enough caramel to where it would taste good. Never going back to the dolmen branch.

Dine in was extremely delayed. Coffee took forever and it was too sweet. The starter platter was also a mixed bag with the potato wedges being really hot and the cheese poppers cold as ice.

Good experience. The place is nice and cozy. Good for causal short meetings and a chilled out talk.

Greatly disappointed by their service standards and the quality of food. This is not how this place used to be. Staff is not cooperative and careless

I went to have a coffee with my friends. I ordered an americano coffee and the coffee was too light. I don't think that it was a perfect coffee. Likewise I ordered a tiramisu and it was a fake (or a failed innovation) tiramisu. The atmosphere was good although the view on the balcony side is awful because the view is nothing but a car parking. They accept credit/debit card for payments.
