I've visited Gloria only 2 or 3 times. Each time, i was struck with the same fact that this cafe does not give good value for the insanely high prices. That is my main reason for the low rating but i will explain in detail. As regards coffee, cold coffee and the other drinks they offer taste great but not exquisite (excluding a few chosen items from the menu). They have a very wide variety of drinks and some options for snacks as well. Certainly not enough for a meal but having this amount of choices is certainly a massive positive. The self service is a bummer but its alright for a hangout for friends or for a couple to have a nice talk over coffee and light snacks. The desserts are not very extraordinary so I don't have a lot to say about them. They do offer takeaway which is great and i can twll by experience that their packaging is very convenient to carry even on motorcycle or on foot. A note of caution, however, is that all franchises don't offer the same flavor or the same quality so one needs to get reviews about separate franchises. They must have better quality control to match other franchises.

Nice place, tried mocca and it was good. A bit too sweet for me. Service was good. The ambiance is nice. Great for group discussions and working together with a cup of coffee.

I love aroma of coffee in cafes, hence on a rainy or cool winter day or night nothing beats hot coffee mug with your favourite walnut brownie or carrot cake at a coffee shop , staff is courteous, prices are fine , and the quality is good, ample space for seating , cappuccino and Latte' are more in demand though dark coffee or bitter coffee are equally good but for strong hearted ones.

It was good but after revising the rates of coffees and other item it's the worst place to visit I would rather recommend another coffee house like coffee planet or Second cup instead of GJ

Review

Gloria Jean's I-8 branch is fine but not as good as their F-11 Brach, people prefer to sit outside the shop to enjoy the coffee in an open air but currently this facility is not available on the I-8 branch. Coffee is good but last time I ate banana bread which is stale and same is the case with the chicken sandwich which was ordered by my friend, I personally think that they bring the left over items from the other branches and sale these items on their I-8 branch.. remaining God knows better..
