Nice place but small space. Staff is nice but we had to remind them of our order once we went. People smoke there and staff doesn't stop them on their own. Good for college friends to hangout at.

Very good place, definitely one can have any kind of casual, semi-professional and professional sessions. But all chairs are hard, no sofa chairs or any other comfortable sitting setup for longer sittings. But definitely a place to visit.

Model Town needed a coffee place and this is a good addition to the growing Bank Square Market. A very lively and busy place!

I'm in love with this coffee shop! It's a perfect place for hangouts with friends.

I visited this outlet last week. I was surprised by the pretext of one of its staff members that there was only takeaway service, though another claimed that there were both takeaway and dine-in services and that which one would you prefer. Moreover, in the preparation area, I could overhear other clients' conversations drifting down from the first floor. Its management should take urgent action to properly train its staff by inculcating in them the importance of how to tactfully deal with clients, how to develop emotional intelligence, and how to maintain a long-lasting relationship with clients. Will never pay a visit to it again.

Very nice service. But please include tax prices on the menu. Was shocked to see a 500rs increase in bill after adding tax.

This Gloria Jeans is okay. It's not their biggest or best branch. My main issue with them is their small size. However, it is what it is. Anyway, they serve standard fare. Alot of foot fall. Other Gloria Jeans have better food. But given that it's Model Town, one shouldn't expect exceptional quality. Their coffee is great. I have been going there for many years and will go there again for the coffee. Lastly, their staff can really improve how they deal with their customers.
