I had an opportunity to stay at this guest house for more than three weeks. I must admit it is one of the best place to stay in Islamabad. Everything is very close. I found the location extremely safe. Me and my wife were able to stroll outside without any fear any time of the day and night. There is a very large market place within 5 minute walk. The staff was very courteous and willing to help any time. Their rates are modest and highly competitive. I will highly recommend this place to anyone who wish to stay in Islamabad.

I have been regularly staying here for the last few years. It is overpriced (9.5 K ~ 12 K Rs+, just a guest house with rooms and a kitchen!). Most other guest houses in Islamabad are equally overpriced, no control by any authority and a monopoly of the hotel/guest house association. The price equal to that of at least a 03 star hotel in many countries. I would be OK if they are paying salaries as per developed countries to their staff. The only reason for recurrent stay has been the clean bedding. Most others have poor understanding of cleanliness, stained bed sheets and pillows (in the same price). Room cleanliness is OK but bathrooms are not very clean (need to check and ask) and also old. Reason being poor training of cleaners. Food is good but kitchen / staff cleanliness needs improvement. Staff and manager are very nice. They now have a new building also (raised prices). Confirm while making reservations. Older building should be cheaper.
