Beautiful books and chairs but public nothing

The library is situated in Garrison Recreational Club. The club as a track for walk, the gym, coffee corner and Shohada Monument. The library is in a very beautiful building, with windows and good view of the GRC. Has sections for children, internet section and reading section for magazines. The best part is the beautiful building which gives a good view in sunny days, in cold nights of winters and the rainy days. You can see the books and read there but you need a specific membership of the library. Good place over all.
