I always buy airconditioners for reputed stores such as metro or hyperstar etc. This was my first experience of buying GREE Inverter AC from a retailer. I regret this decision. The AC lasted only 2 seasons. The GREE service person was called who told me to replace the unit. In 3 years of use the AC has been repaired four times. Now I am planning to buy a new one. There are four other ACs in my home. All are working perfectly. My suggestion would be to avoid this place.
