12 years and still no development as expected. But the best thing about this society is that they never runaway still hold their office and commitment to deliver. hope it will be developed in my life and i will get a profit on my investment.

12 years gone without any pay back. Lesson learnt is don't invest in the property which you have not seen. Not finding any purchaser for one canal plot in Nargis Block, all land installments have been payed I think one has to wait for five to ten years more: sorry

High potential project good time to invest. If the developer gives 50% of what features projected it would be great. The real test is to follow the Bahria town model and attack property dealers to take part in the development.

Could prove to be a good investment if the link road to the new Islamabad Airport is completed this year. Green City dont seem to put any effort into their website as its the website that : A) Provides assurance for existing buyers B) Attracts new investors C) gives credibility to the project D) Dont seem to even update the latest photos on a monthly basis. To put standard google European photos doesnt do much as everyone knows Islamabad will not become Europe but a fair assessment of where project stands would give them a lot more credibility, especially if they are planning to continue with other projects in future. I guess Bahria Town is a role model for all developers in Pakistan but pity no one learns by local examples either. In this day and age, savvy public are not lured by just European photos cut and pasted on site and left for years ....
