Useless Product, Poor Quality, un acceptable Prices, Very misbehaving staff, Poor customer service, Low standard maintenance, I wish I could give them blow zero. I would prefer to waste my money instead of buying from this shop. No refund or return or exchange policy. Once you pay forget the refund or exchange. Old item more then 10 years. Dry gel pen etc. And much more. I would prefer to buy from well reputed book store in chowk Pakistan reliable, competitive, welcoming refund or exchange policy and great customer service. One name is outstanding I would mention is Bilal book depot
