A good place to live and buy a house or start your business. Its a big community now and need good food chains, resturants, shopping malls, bakeries, parks, etc. Rents are not as high as other areas of Islamabad and affordable. Few phases are still under construction and if you are looking to rent a place then please ask the property dealer for gas and water supply because there are the 2 biggest issue in town otherwise its a good area to live.

Ghauri town is one of the Major privately owned housing societies developed in Islamabad capital territory, it operates under the bylaws of CDA. It's situated on the express highway opposite to the overhead bridge going to the Islamabad international airport.

Good living society if you have get chance in Ghouri Phase 1. Gated society with 2 minutes drive onto GT road.
