Is it a violation of traffic rules, if the Excise Department or Registration Plates issuance department doesn't computerize the registration? Should it not be done by the related departments automatically? People are unaware of the traffic rules and regulations as they are inaccessible, beyond the knowledge and reach of road users. This is such an in just system. When will we know our rights? Will they ever publish such rules and regulations for the road users on internet? Once you are challaned, you are required to go to certain NBP branch and stand in long ques to pay off the penalty, is there any way you could pay such penalties online? Even if you pay off your dues, you still have to go to certain police precinct, even if it is thousands of miles away from your home to collect your original documents? Absolute Rip Off... Is there any sensible and/or reasonable law maker in this society where might is right? These bureaucratizes, law makers, members of parliaments do visit abroad, if they aren't innovative, at least they should follow other countries and learn!!!!
