Good location but it would take time to develop as there is posession issues due to settlement of vi

Good location but it would take time to develop as there is posession issues due to settlement of villages. I would suggest buyers to physically check ground realities, development work and possession/Village settlement issues against any plot on map, for those planning to build house in near term. Its always adviced never jump into a deal just by plot location on map.On the contrary, Gulberg is doing their best and acquiring land as per their map at moderate pace.
