Lie to get service than overcharge on counter

The worst experience I have ever had. They told me to 800 for hair cut and beard. Asked for a hair color and they said and he told me 1200. The barber stated that he would make me a package that would fit my budget. Came back and said 2500 for all the services and a facial included. Got that done and when I was handing him 2500. He changed his commitment and asked for 5000. The owner is a rude asshole and I don’t recommend anyone doing business with them
