bad service.. its been months since i requested for a phone # change , i went to my branch filled out the form but nothing happened since then. nobody is picking up the call there. when they pick up they cut it and make the phone busy. what kind of poor service and lack of professionalism is this? i need to change my # within few days if you are not capable of handling the clients then they should move to a better bank.
